Meet the Kitchen

Recently appointed to lead our kitchen, Marc brings a wealth of experience to the club, including training in Michelin-starred restaurants. Alongside Head Chef Alek Grahovac and culinary team Rachelle Mallet and Suraj Bhandari, the MLGC kitchen crew showcase their passion for seasonal produce and contemporary techniques with a uniquely crafted and satisfying menu.

What’s on the Menu?

From hearty classics to refined flavours, our menu offers something for everyone. A few highlights include:

18-Hour Slow Cooked Lamb Ribs with dukkha and honey yoghurt – a savoury standout that melts off the bone
Shark Bay Prawns in chilli, garlic, and saffron aioli – WA seafood at its best
Fish Chowder with crab, prawns, and smoked mussels – a rich, comforting favourite
Squid Ink Spaghetti with chilli crab, prawns and heirloom tomatoes – bold, elegant and full of flavour
Sticky Date Pudding with butterscotch and vanilla ice cream – the perfect finish to any meal

We also offer a kids’ menu, fresh sides, and a rotating dessert special – plus a cheeseboard for two that pairs perfectly with a glass from our extensive wine selection.

Monday/Thursday/Friday: 9.30am to 9pm
Tuesday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Wednesday: 7.30am to 8pm
Saturday: 6.30am to 8pm
Sunday: 7.30am to 6.30pm

Lunch Menu:
Tuesday to Sunday: 11:30am – 2:30pm

Snacks Menu:
Wednesday to Saturday: 2:30pm – 6:30pm
Friday and Sunday: 2.30pm – 5.30pm

Dinner:
Monday and Friday Evenings: 5:30pm – 7.30pm
